How do you become a Super Lawyer Rising Star?
To qualify as a Rising Star, candidates must be under the age of 40 or be in their first decade of practicing law. Additionally, candidates undergo a rigorous selection process led by a team of attorneys.
The attorney-led selection team evaluates every candidate based on 12 indicators. The selection team is essentially looking at each candidate’s contribution to the legal field, their professional achievements, and the results they deliver for their clients.
The 12 indicators used by the selection team are:
Position within the law firm
Bar and/or professional activity
Pro bono and community service
Other outstanding achievements
Once the selection team concludes their research, they name the lawyers with the highest scores in their corresponding category a Rising Star.
